Return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping not covered

We don’t offer free returns — customer covers return shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags (if any)
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please note: We do not offer free returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@aunve.dk to request a return
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for where to ship your package
  3. Ship the product securely — we recommend using a trackable shipping method

Returns must not be sent without prior confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest solution is to return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@aunve.dk — we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

At AUNVE, we offer a 30-day return period to all our customers, which includes and exceeds the 14-day statutory EU withdrawal right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
